For Senior Centers and Other Senior Resource Locations

Our SNAP Outreach team can help provide information and materials to your clients. We have created a tool kit which includes brochures, bookmarks, fliers, powerpoint presentations, and articles for your bulletins or newsletters. As part of the service we would be happy to your organization and present to your clients and/or providers.

Adult day centers can often qualify for federal assistance with the cost of providing meals to their clients through the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
